Chennai, 23 January 2026: As part of its India strategy Citroën has now further intensified its customer centric model that starts by listening to demand signals and turns them into rapid portfolio action. Vehicles under this model will be produced only against customer bookings, ensuring the line‑up evolves in lockstep with market demand while avoiding dealer‑led inventory.

At the heart of the model is a continuous listen → learn → launch loop that blends retail intelligence, digital sentiment and dealer feedback to shape variant choices and production plans. This agile governance enables faster decision‑making, sharper market fit and disciplined capital deployment—with more actions to follow under the same mechanism in the coming months. For customers, this ensures transparent delivery window which is communicated at booking while offering greater choice agility as the variant mix adjusts quickly to live demand signals.
