Chennai, 10th April 2025 – Citroën India announced the launch of its most stylish lineup with the Citroën Dark Edition – an exclusive, limited-run collection available across the top variants of the C3, Aircross, and the Basalt SUV Coupé at incremental prices starting INR 19,500*. Celebrated cricket legend and Citroën’s Brand Ambassador Mahendra Singh Dhoni unveiled the new Dark Edition and also took delivery of 1st Basalt Dark Edition from the series, making him the first owner of this highly anticipated edition.

Limited units available nationwide, the Citroën Dark Edition brings to Indian roads head-turning design, and upscale interiors to deliver a unique and premium Citroën experience.

A Darker Shade of Sophistication

Clad in the deep, Perla Nera Black body colour, the Dark Edition models exude a bold, sporty attitude. The exterior is further enhanced with dark chrome accents on the Chevron badge, front grille, and body side molding, along with gloss black treatments on the bumpers, and door handles. These enhancements come together to give the cars a powerful and distinctive road presence.

Inside, the all-black theme continues with a distinctly premium vibe. The cabin is styled with Metropolitan Black leatherette seats, and a custom leatherette-wrapped instrument panel, the Carbon Black Interiors are further enhanced by a Lava Red Detailing and high-gloss black finishes on key touchpoints. The Dark Edition also includes exclusive elements such as custom seat covers, dark chrome mouldings, and a grille embellisher, delivering a personalised and upscale in-cabin experience.

 

Exclusivity That Turns Heads

This limited edition is offered exclusively on the top variants of the Citroën C3, Aircross, and the Basalt SUV Coupé and will be available through Citroën’s nationwide dealership network starting April 10, 2025. The Dark Edition has been carefully crafted to offer a sense of exclusivity and design flair that aligns with the preferences of today’s discerning Indian buyers.
